Holistic Drip IV Billing and Cancellation Policies

1. Introduction

Holistic Drip IV, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide transparent and fair billing and cancellation policies for our clients. These policies outline the procedures and guidelines for billing, payments, and cancellations. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Billing Policies

2.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Cash (in-person services only)
  • Other payment methods as may be offered through our online platform

2.2 Payment Timing

Payment is due at the time of service. For online bookings, payment will be processed upon confirmation of your appointment. For in-person services, payment will be collected prior to the start of the treatment.

2.3 Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and receipts will be provided electronically via email or through our online platform. Please ensure that your contact information is up to date to receive these documents.

2.4 Membership Plans

Holistic Drip IV offers membership plans that include a set number of treatments per month for a fixed monthly fee. Membership fees are billed monthly on the anniversary date of the plan sign-up. Membership benefits and terms are detailed in the membership agreement.

3. Cancellation Policies

3.1 Appointment Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policies below:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with at least 24-hour notice will not incur any fees.
  • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the service.

3.2 Membership Cancellations

  • Monthly Memberships: Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Annual Memberships: Annual memberships can be canceled at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the membership term, minus any used services at their full price.

3.3 Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion in such cases.

4. Refund Policies

Refunds for canceled appointments and memberships will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
